East High Measurement Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 in Nanjing, China. The company was established by two founders who combined their expertise in international trade with specialized knowledge in weighing technology. Their partnership created a company dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and marketing of diverse weighing scales for various industries in global markets.
With over two decades of dedicated growth, East High has cultivated enduring partnerships with clients across more than 30 countries worldwide, establishing particularly strong footholds in North American and European markets. Through our global operations, we offer both OEM production for customers' brands and fully customized ODM weighing solutions, as well as our own brand - MeasureTek - to serve international markets professionally.
At East High, we have a 250,000 square feet manufacturing facility and operates with industry-leading lean production methods. Driven by an advanced ERP platform, we ensure perfect control from materials arrival to final product shipment. Our facility features 8 electronic product assembly lines, 2 mechanical product assembly lines, an automatic powder coating system, 7 plastic injection machines, a high and low-temperature testing lab, as well as wave-welding machines, a CNC Machining center, laser and line cutting machines, punching machines, and stamping machines. With this vertically integrated production system, we achieve complete in-house manufacturing from raw material processing to components and finished product assembly. This self-sufficient approach effectively mitigates quality and delivery risks associated with outsourced production, ensuring product quality consistency at the source while maintaining timeliness of each order.

Our dedicated R&D team of 20 highly experienced engineers excels in multiple disciplines, including Physical and mechanical structure design, Circuit engineering, Mold development, Packaging solutions and Software programming.
Each year, we deliver more than 15 customized new products designed to meet the specific requirements of clients in various industries worldwide. We are driving the digital transformation of weighing technology through our advanced IoT integration. Our proprietary smart weighing platform combines cutting-edge connectivity with powerful data analytics to deliver complete measurement intelligence, including Modular Design, Multi-Protocol Wireless Support, RFID Integration and Edge-to-Cloud Analytics.
In 2024, East High revolutionized precision measurement with our 0.01mg Semi-micro analytical balance, establishing new industry benchmarks for applications in Pharmaceutical R&D, Advanced Materials Science and Quality Control Labs.
With 15 years as a National High-Tech Enterprise and over 100 intellectual property rights, East High maintains China's most comprehensive certification portfolio for global market access – including 22 OIML, 30 NTEP, FDA , NSF and Full CE/UL/ETL/FCC compliance across our product lines.

We consistently deliver ODM and OEM projects to esteemed clients, collaborating closely with leading scale weighing companies to develop innovative solutions tailored to market demands. Leveraging our extensive practical experience, the team completes the design process from appearance to packaging within four to six months. Manufacturing Facilities
East High features a 25,000 sqm state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with seven electronic and two mechanical scale assembling lines. Our cutting-edge technology includes Automatic Powder Painting, Injection Machines, Laser and Line Cutting Machines, and dynamic test equipment like Vibration Machines, Coating Thickness and Colorimeter Testers.
Our professional machinery ensures maximum productivity and quality, fulfilling customer orders within 45 days while maintaining high standards throughout production. We are able to produce about 300,000 scales annually.
Our manufacturing processes adhere to VCAP and NSF audits and are certified by OIML, NTEP, and FDA, often exceeding global benchmarks for performance and safety. Our reputation is built on integrity, transparency, and commitment to excellence.
